Join us for a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums & rain sticks. These sounds create vibrations that help guide your brainwaves into more relaxed state. You’ll typically lie down or sit comfortably on a mat, supported with pillows or blankets. Michelle will guide you into relaxation, then begin playing instruments. No movement, singing, or effort is required—just rest and receive. Sessions last for 60 minutes and end with quiet integration time. 🌟 Benefits of a Sound Bath Many participants report experiencing: Reduced stress and anxiety Enhanced clarity and focus Improved sleep quality Emotional release or insight Deep relaxation and inner peace A feeling of energetic “reset” Note: Experiences vary; every session is unique. Tips for Your Session Come hydrated and in comfortable clothes. Avoid a heavy meal beforehand. Arrive early to get settled. Let go of expectations—just allow yourself to be. Sound baths are suitable for most people—especially those looking for relaxation, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. No experience is needed. Sound Bath Contraindications While sound baths are generally safe for most people, there are a few situations where they may not be advisable. Please consult with your healthcare provider if any of the following apply to you: 1. Pregnancy (Early Stages) First trimester: Some people prefer to avoid intense sound frequencies during early pregnancy. Although sound baths are typically safe, we recommend consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or unsure. 2. Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders Sound waves and vibrations can sometimes trigger a seizure in people with certain neurological conditions. If you have epilepsy or any history of seizures, please check with your healthcare provider before participating. 3. Heart Conditions If you have a serious heart condition or pacemaker, please consult your doctor. Certain frequencies may cause discomfort, though the vibrations used in sound baths are generally non-invasive and gentle. However, everyone’s tolerance is different. 4. Psychological Conditions (Severe PTSD or Anxiety) Sound baths can sometimes bring up strong emotions or memories.
