Chair Based Exercise Classes
Move & Groove

Join us for a gentle, fun exercise class completed in a chair.  These classes help improve

strength, flexibility, balance, and wellbeing, and are suitable for all fitness levels, especially

beginners and those with mobility challenges. After a 45-minute full body workout, you are

welcome to stay for light refreshments, including tea and coffee and spend time socialising with other class participants.
