Michelle is a highly experienced personal trainer, fitness instructor and sound practitioner with over 5 years of experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry. With 30 years of personal fitness and sporting experience, she has a wealth of knowledge to help you achieve your fitness and overall wellbeing goals. As a mother of two young children, Michelle understands the challenges of balancing exercise, wellbeing and motherhood, and can provide the support and guidance you need to succeed and feel balanced.
